Helps customers in their certification process, audits.
TECHNICAL MISSION:
Tracking and managing maintenance and improvement activities.
Monitors the infrastructure incidents assisting from technical perspective till the resolution and reporting.
Produce monthly activity reports and KPI.
Review al technical procedures (SOP,EOP,MOP) and verify the proper execution on the field."
